Happy Palace Group of Schools was established in 1982. With a rich history of 43 years, the school stands as a symbol of educational aspiration for students, with the special purpose of providing quality education at an affordable price. At a time when government allocation and spending were minimal in the education sector, HPGS established itself as one of the leading education providers in the city.

The first branch of HPGS opened in FB Area, a central location in Karachi, with a vision of providing quality education. Since then, the school system has expanded and diversified to include areas such as Gulshan-e-Iqbal and North Nazimabad.
